Potassium sulphate is a very important trace element because it improves flower production and is an essential element to produce good crops of vegetables and fruit.
Potash is one of the best sources of potassium. It can be applied as dry powder or diluted in water and sprayed on as a liquid soil drench. It is required by all plants to produce flowers, fruit or quality vegetables. It helps protect plants because it makes them stronger and disease resistant. Apply 20 gms to the soil in the root zone and water in or dilute half a cup full in a watering can or garden sprayer and apply to the foliage and the soil. You can also blend some in with compost at planting time.
